Float Preparation

For first-time floaters, there will be a brief orientation before the floatation appointment. We ask that you shower before and after the floatation, which would add around 15 minutes before and after the floatation time. Try not to shave the day of your float because the salt water may sting. Also, if you wear contacts, please bring your contact lens case to take your contacts out during the float. Try not to eat an hour before your float. If you have a CD of music you would like to listen to, we have a sound system for the floatation spa. We have towels, robes, slippers, and shampoo for you to use at Eternity Bliss.

Floatation Information

- Do not shave on the day of your float. If you have any cuts or scrapes, please call to reschedule because the salt water will sting.

- If you wear contacts, bring your contact case and solution to remove your contacts. 

- Avoid caffeine on the day of your float. Plan your day to avoid eating at least an hour before your floatation session.

- If you would like, bring a relaxing CD that you would like to listen to while floating or use one of ours.

- We provide the basics of shampoo, body wash, towels, robe, and slippers. If you would like, bring your own toiletries.

- Most people prefer to float without clothes on. You may bring a bathing suit if you would prefer to wear one.

- For women - it is okay to float if you are having your period, but you must use a tampon. If not, please call to reschedule.

- You will not be permitted to float if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

- You will need to shower at Eternity Bliss right before your float to help keep the spa clean for everyone. Oils and soap tend to clog the filter. Be sure to wash and rinse well!
